B8 Theatre company seeking non -AEA actors who sing for:

As the U.S. enters World War I a group of radical suffragists fight to win the right to vote. A diverse group of women struggle with managing personal and political challenges in creating social change. Period protest music weaves through the play dramatizing the suffragist’s political strategies.

            Lucy -age 40’s Latina
            Harriet age 50’s- 60’s White
            Mary age 40’s – 60’s African American
            Phyllis teen’s – 20’s African American
            Rose – age 25 – 45 lesbian, Jewish
            Vida – age 20’s – 30’s lesbian, any ethnicity

            40’s- 60’s , multiple roles include:  Wilson, Whittaker, William Blacch (Harriet’s Husband)

Auditions

            June 15  10 am – 3pm

            June 23  6pm – 9pm
